Breaking the bias

Despite women comprising over 50% of rail passengers, they represent only about 20% of the rail workforce in the EU. Every action matters to improve diversity in railways and reach gender parity on all levels. Therefore, ERA is proud to invite you to this webinar to learn more about breaking biases and stereotypes, with the ambition to raise awareness and to take part of the change.

Join us for an engaging, energising panel discussion, moderated by Mrs Clio Liégeois, former chairperson of the ERA Management Board, representing Belgium, composed of leading ladies from the railway sector. We will learn about their own experiences, complemented by the expertise of a Human Resources officer to bring solution focused insights.

We look forward to meeting you there!

Magda Kopczyńska: "In 2024, promoting women in the rail sector remains important"
